Commercial steam. HEPA vacuum. Residual spray. Wall void dust injection. Mattress encasements. Return visit at 7–14 days. Complete 8-step elimination protocol — not a quick spray.

It goes through 5 stages before it becomes an adult, and each stage requires a blood meal to move forward. From egg to egg-laying adult: 5 weeks.
A bed bug can survive up to 12 months without feeding. No food. No water. Just waiting. They detect the carbon dioxide you breathe out from several feet away. That is how they find you in the dark while you sleep.
They do not just live in beds. They live in wall voids, electrical outlets, furniture joints, plumbing voids, and luggage. A single used couch from the curb or Facebook Marketplace can start an infestation.
Bed bugs hide in seams, joints, box spring frames, plumbing voids, wall voids, and behind electrical outlets. If a technician rushes through those spots — the infestation survives.
We strip the bed completely. Frame, box spring, mattress, electrical outlets — everything comes apart. Hidden zones get exposed.
We run a commercial steamer over every seam, joint, crack, and spring. Steam kills live bugs and kills the eggs on contact. Spray alone cannot do that.
We use a HEPA vacuum to physically remove as many live bugs as possible before we apply any pesticide. Reduces the active population immediately.
We apply a residual pesticide spray throughout the interior perimeter. Kills bed bugs on contact and stays active for 90 days.
We inject pesticide dust into cracks, crevices, wall voids, plumbing voids, and electrical outlets — areas spray cannot reach. That dust stays active for up to 12 months.
Bed bugs can survive up to a year without feeding. Encasements trap any remaining bugs inside where they starve and die. Your mattress does not need to be thrown away.
We document where we found them, what we found, how many, and every pesticide used. When we return, we know exactly what changed.
Bed bug eggs hatch in 6 to 10 days. We return and repeat the full protocol to eliminate the next generation before it can reproduce. Both visits are included.
Aprehend Biopesticide: For severe infestations, we apply Aprehend — a natural fungus that spreads through the colony on contact. A bed bug walks through it, picks up the spores, goes back to the colony, and spreads it to every bug it touches. It moves through the colony like a disease. Very few companies in the GTA use this. The product is expensive and the application requires proper training. It does come at an additional cost — but when the case calls for it, it is the most effective tool available.
Most companies spray and leave. Spray alone cannot kill bed bug eggs. Without steam, without HEPA vacuum, without wall void dust injection, without a return visit at exactly 7–14 days — the infestation restarts from the eggs that survived. A real bed bug treatment takes 2–3 hours minimum per visit. If they were done in 30 minutes, they were not finished.
